C&Y's remarkable journey commenced in 2009 when we assumed the management of 12 charming terrace
houses and condominiums in Petaling Jaya, offering a haven for students from The Otomotif
College. As the years passed, our business flourished, and in 2011, we set our sights on Ipoh,
expanding our property portfolio from 30 to an impressive 60.
While we may not lay claim to being the absolute best, our journey has been a masterclass in
tenant management, steeped in invaluable experiences that have forged us into seasoned experts.
We've learned from our past, and our mission is to guide property owners away from costly
